Underneath your username on the left hand side is a phrase, known as a title or user title. This title usually is used to indicate post count, but can be changed by the admin to a custom phrase.
What are automatic titles?
Automatic Titles are given out to new members and those members who do not change their title to a custom phrase. These are indicative of their post count, and follow this table:
Outsider (Unregistered)
1+: Neoflyte Pie-Magnet
50+: Inciter of Insanity
200+: Loopy Loiterer
500+: Guild Maven
1500+: Crusty Oldbie
How do I change my title?
You can change your title by requesting a change in this thread. Simply reply to this post with your requested title. Please be patient as these are manually changed and the Admins do have other duties to attend to.
Please Observe the Following Guidelines
When requesting a title change:
1. Only members who have been registered at the Guild EZBoard for one month or more can request a title change. This means that if you have joined us here at the first of the month, then you must wait until the first of the next month in order to request a title change. Also, the Admin will look at your recent posting activity to see if you are active beyond requesting a title before approving the change.
2. Titles are case sensitive. Please do not request titles in ALL CAPS. Note that your title will be applied exactly as you request it -- grammar, punctuation, spelling and all, so double check. Please provide it on its own seperate line -- not with quotation marks (unless you want quotation marks in your title).
3. Please limit your title requests to once a month.
4. Please make sure your title is not overly similar to another Guilder's title to avoid disputes.
5. Please note that the admins reserve the power to deny you your requested title if it is deemed inappropriate for the board.
6. There is a limit of 20 characters for custom titles.
When your title has been changed, your request post here will be deleted.
