This list contains the former members permanently banned from the Gryphon's Guild EZBoard.
Banning procedure is not set in stone, and banning used at the Admin's discretion according to each case.
Each case of banning is discussed amongst the administrators of the Gryphon's Guild EZBoard. There must be agreement of at least two of the three admins in order for a ban to be continued. In the cases of trolling or other immediate problems, or when members of the admin team aren't available to make a timely decision, one administrator may make a temporary ban.
If you have a question about why these people are banned, please do ask the admin. If you have a defense for them and would like to say a word on their behalf, write it out in an email addressed to the admin. Please write all arguments in a cool-headed, decent and respectable manner else you will be ignored.

Alpha (aka Kuwaizair, Inkagno, Kuwaizairu)
Reason: Deliberate flaming, slander of other Guilders, disrespect when asked to cease offensive actions
Evidence: If you want evidence, there are a number of Guilders who can testify that they have witnessed her actions. I alone have seen her fiery words against the ones she targeted them towards. She even tried to display artwork (including captioning) that was meant pretty much as a personal attack. Also: evasion of existing ban.

Black Chocobo
Reason: Refusal to cease offensive actions, spamming the Guild Common Room (previously known as Insanity Box), posting inappropriately after being warned, disrespect to admins and moderators after they gave warnings, bringing personal friends in to flame or attack Guilders in defense
Evidence: Guilders will testify that Black Chocobo was posting multiple times in the GCR with what was deemed as 'spam'. After his actions were explained to him and he was asked to tone down his fervor to post, he retaliated with disrespectful words, and ultimately ended up leaving before he was banned. His friends showed up later to defend him and his argument against the administrators and moderators. The banning was issued after personal e-mail attacks were being received.

Temujen
Reason: Refusal to cease offensive actions, flaming against Guilders, postings and e-mail spamming and attacks towards administrators and moderators
Evidence: Illucian and Crystal Phoenix both have evidence that Temujen has not realized his actions were hurtful. Though he was wellspoken, he was deemed to be avoiding the issues when his actions were brought up against him. After discussions, I had only received an argument against him and nothing from him in his defense.

Punk Bat (aka TalenBlaze, aka Catgirl Kisuna, aka Acyid Cryistyal)
Reason: Flaming a Guilder through personal attack through AOL Instant Messager Service, assuming fake personalities to get around a ban, deceiving administration and Guilders by lying about a death of one assumed fake ID. Conduct unbecoming of a Guilder.
Evidence: AIM logs, e-mail, IP logs, EZBoard threads saved, creation time-date stamped screen shots. Anyone who wants the details will have to e-mail Stormy (Streamrunner).

Reason: Flaming a Guilder on an EZBoard thread
Evidence: The thread was closed by Illucian and deleted by Stormy, as it was found too inflammatory to leave on the board. The topic involved a Guilder's dissatisfaction with her father on Father's Day, and said banned user is the Guilder's father who had come to purposefully say words against Guilders. Rent1 was also banned as a precautionary measure to limit all contact to e-mail, after a threat to file a lawsuit against the admins.

Reason: Offensive and inappropriate references to animal death and torture and baby death, as well as jokes concerning such things. Mocking moderators when asked to watch all caps (rEsPoNdInG lIkE tHiS). Constantly testing the rules in chat. He had been repeatedly asked by Admin (Sovay and velvetdragon) and moderators to cease offensive and annoying actions, and did not comply. On 12-12-2006, he was sent a message by EZBoard mail telling him that if he talked about animal deaths or other offensive topics or broke a rule one more time he would be banned. This private message was approved by Admins velvetdragon (Tserisa) and Sovay (Indi), and moderators Stormphyre, Eleziek, Blizzard, and Della Leone Astore before being sent. He responded the same day by PM to velvetdragon confirming that he got it and understood. On 12-13-2006 he proceded to talk about offensive matters again in the chat, and was booted and then banned. Although the policy is to send an e-mail to the banned Guilder explaining the situation to them, trout river hawk has refused on several occassions to provide an e-mail to either Admins or mods and therefore is unreachable.

All banned persons must provide an e-mail to the administrators of this EZBoard explaining their actions and if they wish, provide an appeal for lifting of the ban. This defense argument e-mail must be written with level-headedness and respect (even if you do not feel the admins are deserving of it). Let me tell everyone now that using all caps and multiple punctuation marks will not suffice in supporting your argument any. If there are any misunderstandings, then the admin team will try to clear this up as best as possible. Any attacks directed towards administrators through this e-mail appealing process will result in a possible permanent ban from posting on the Gryphon's Guild EZBoard.
If any Guilder who is not banned also wishes to provide a defense for the persons listed on the Banned List, please e-mail your defense for the person(s) to the administrator team.
Any other method of contact, such as AIM, ICQ, MSN Instant Messager, Yahoo! Messager, or IRC chat will be logged, but any official contact should be through e-mail only.
