Aww, sounds like some hard decisions and harder deadlines you are facing. We have many things to learn in this world and we are all at different points in that learning. Sometimes it makes people who are afraid of hurt seem heartless.
If we think about it hard enough, there was likely a time in our life when we were as blind as they, either as defense against hurt, or for a simple lack of knowing any better. Myself I can only hope you find it a home, or a home finds it, and still have time for your work, homework, and art.
God I wish I could give you some of my time. I have an over-abundance of it right now.

... at this point I get the feeling I should shut the heck up and tell you sometihng that I am not really sure where it came from; it just popped into my head.
Often times the resistance we face in achieving a goal is centered in our point of veiw about that goal. If we fear failure, we often visualize failure, and failure is what we get. If we admit that we did our best and procede with love in our heart, then we can visualize success, and often times success is what we get.
We must also remember that the higest health and happiness for one being, may not be the same for another. Do your best, visualize people hearing about it, and giving it a nice home, but in the end you must respect its wishes too.
