I'm a registered vet tech, so of course I have my own animals at home :p.
My kitties, Guaraha of the Fluffy Butt (aka Floofy-Doofy-Shark-a-Poofy) and Miss Shadow Sillycat-Boo.
Shadow's a Chartreux mix and very tolerant of ridiculous things :p. She loves to have conversations with you.
She's a mighty mousie hunter. She used to carry her toy mice around by their ears, but she hasn't done it lately.
Guaraha is only a year and a half old and he does indeed have a fluffy butt. The 'shark' of his nickname comes from him chewing on everything he can get his teeth on. Especially power cords. 8| He doesn't carry on conversations like Shadow. If he meows, it's a very tiny high-pitched 'meef!' But he purrs like mad.
He's a genetic mess, he's got stomatitis and something weird with his hind legs and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. wow. so cat. very broken. much doofus.
Also did I mention he's a doofus.
Of course, Sir Jormungandr the Noodle, my cornsnake.
He's 10 years old now, my oldest animal. My babysnake is a senior citizen :<.
Last but not least, Shadow and my guinea pig Obi. Shadow loves her piggy; Obi's indifferent to her :p. (Guaraha, though, likes to terrorize Obi.) Obi's my other senior citizen critter, he's at least 6 years old but possibly as old as 8, with terrible arthritis and a messed-up kidney and his left eye is blind after a prolonged bought with a stubborn ulcer earlier this year. He's doing well though, he gets pain medicine and cold laser therapy and a nice big bowl of veggies every day :}.
